Editorial Policy

How we write

Every article starts from mainstream, widely accepted health guidance. We aim for plain language over jargon, and we say when something is uncertain or debated rather than flattening it into false confidence.

What we avoid

  • Personal medical advice, dosing recommendations, or anything that substitutes for a clinician
  • Miracle claims, scare tactics, and “one weird trick” framing
  • Numbers presented without the context needed to interpret them
